2021年成屏下摄像头手机元年 产业链或迎爆发机遇

        自从全面屏手机出现以后，人们对于手机屏占比的追求越来越高。在追求屏占比的过程中，传统导航键逐渐消失，原来的指纹解锁逐渐变成屏下指纹解决方案，但前置摄像头如何安放还是一大困扰。为此，市面上先后出现了刘海屏、水滴屏、滑盖式全面屏、升降式全面屏、挖孔屏等方案，却带来诸如结构、重量等衍生问题，显然让摄像头能够“穿过”屏幕，或许才是最完美的解决方案。

        在此背景之下，此前一直被热炒的屏下摄像头技术在2021年逐渐迎来爆发。《中国经营报》记者注意到，中兴在7月底发布了旗下第二代屏下摄像头手机Axon 30系列，与上一代相比，自拍效果更好，屏幕的显示效果也显著提高。另外记者了解到，包括OPPO、小米、三星在内的头部手机厂商均已宣布将量产搭载屏下摄像头技术的手机，机型包括小米MIX 4、三星Galaxy Z Fold3等。此外还有消息称，荣耀也会在今年下半年推出搭载屏下摄像头的机型。

        华创证券研报指出，全面屏是手机显示的大趋势，而屏下摄像头技术则被誉为全面屏手机的终极解决方案。

        “为了干掉全面屏上的前置摄像头，厂商需要投入更多成本。在如今竞争激烈的手机市场，或许100%全面屏的视觉感知并不是很强，但这是现阶段手机形态和功能进化的最佳努力点，同时也能够有效盘活相关技术产业链。”一名手机硬件工程师对本报记者说。

        屏下摄像头量产难在哪儿？

        中兴通讯高级副总裁、终端事业部总裁倪飞近日接受采访时表示，更多品牌的加入将会进一步推动屏下摄像头技术成熟，预计2022年会呈现百花齐放的局面，也将会有更多不同价位段的产品出现。

        与刘海屏、水滴屏、挖孔屏、滑盖屏设计相比，屏下摄像头技术的攻克可以给人们带来真正意义上的全面屏手机。除中兴外，此前OPPO、小米、vivo等均在官方社交媒体等渠道展示了各自屏下摄像头解决方案，不过均未量产上市。

        小米中国区总裁、红米Redmi品牌总经理卢伟冰在谈到屏下摄像头现状的时候曾经表示：“大家都非常关心屏下摄像头技术在手机上的应用，在不牺牲空间的情况下达到真正全面屏的效果，但技术实现还有很多困难。”

        “目前屏幕PPI（Pixels Per Inch，即每英寸对角线上所拥有的像素数目）大约在400左右，而PPI在这个水平，相机中光的透过率是很低的，这样就严重影响了拍照效果。如果把PPI降低，提高透过率，就会出现显示区域的PPI和整个屏幕的PPI差距很大，从而出现显示区域有色块等现象。”卢伟冰补充。

        简单来说，要实现屏幕下摄像头的成像，关键就是要让传感器感知接受光，可是因为普通的显示面板是不透光的，那就要对显示面板进行处理。现阶段主流的技术做法便是通过调整显示像素的排列布局，让一部分光照进去，传导至屏幕下的摄像头传感器实现成像。

        倪飞总结认为，屏下摄像技术有两大难点：第一是显示和透明要平衡；第二是怎么把前摄的拍照效果提升。

        “屏下区域在不拍照时要保持正常显示，拍照的时候这个区域要做透光，实际上屏幕分辨率和素质越好，透光性能便越会下降，这是一个矛盾。”中兴通讯副总裁、终端事业部Axon产品总经理张雷表示。

        张雷接受采访时还表示：“中兴Axon 30选用了更大像素的前置摄像头，还有比上一代更透明的材质，目的是为了增大进光量。”不过，从另外一方面来说，进光量充足也会容易在经过屏幕的时候发生折射，导致拍摄出现雾化不清晰的情况，这些便需要厂商利用拍照算法去抵消影响。

        屏下摄像头技术可以通过迭代逐步完善，各大手机厂商均已经能够成功实现并有相应的技术储备。不过倪飞指出，做屏下摄像头手机最大的问题是量产经验不足。

        张雷表示：“去年中兴做Axon 20的时候是跟供应商合作的，量产过程中存在大量问题，良率从一开始只有5%，现在到90%以上。提升良率涉及到大量的联调、软件适配以及一些校准的方法。”

        中兴通讯消费者业务高级战略总监吕钱浩认为：“技术上要平衡屏幕显示效果和前置摄像头拍照体验，而量产上则需要平衡量产可行性和全程成本可控。尤其进入2021年后，用户对于视觉体验要求更高，不仅是分辨率，更有超高刷新率、超广色域、高精准的色温等，这些高指标都会对屏下摄像头的进光形成严重挑战。”

        “中兴在2020年9月全球首发全面屏手机Axon 20，在2021年7月首发第二代商用全面屏手机Axon 30，实际上为全面屏产业链做了两件前瞻性的贡献，从0到1的全面屏关键技术突破和规模商用，以及从1到N的全面屏标准定义和体验飞跃。”吕钱浩告诉记者。

        2021 年或成屏下摄像头手机元年

        不可否认，各家手机厂商对于屏下摄像头的技术研发、验证和储备实际早在三年前已经开始。

        2019年6月，OPPO微博曝光旗下正在测试的屏下摄像头手机；几乎与此同时，小米林斌也在微博发了一段小米屏下摄像头手机的视频；随后vivo在最新的概念机APEX 2020上使用了屏下摄像头技术，从而实现了无孔一体化的手机设计。

        虽然OPPO、vivo、小米率先展示，但做到量产首发的是2020年9月面市的中兴Axon 20。

        作为第一代的量产产品，中兴Axon 20的实际体验并不完美，原因在于为让摄像头能够透过屏幕拍摄，Axon 20摄像头前面的屏幕在使用透明材料的前提下，通过降低像素密度，减少显示颗粒的方法，利用像素空隙同光拍摄。这就造成屏幕显示上，在屏下摄像头位置的显示部分有马赛克条纹，这在业内被称为明显的“透光纱窗效应”。此外播放动态内容的时候，摄像头区域的显示刷新与其他部分不一致。在拍照时，面对强光环境，该产品也会容易出现高光弥散效应。

        不过，最新推出的中兴第二代屏下摄像头手机Axon 30，相比上一代在像素、芯片、电路、材料和算法这五方面都有全面升级。Axon 30不但未减少摄像头部分的像素，反而增加像素密度，令画面细腻度提升，同时为了保证屏幕的透光性，其采用了更加透光的材料，而且把像素点从方形改为圆形，以此获得更多透光的空隙。

        据了解，中兴的屏下摄像头技术的合作厂商为维信诺，而维信诺在去年便对外推出InV see 屏下摄像解决方案，这也是全球首个达到量产应用级别的屏下摄像解决方案。据悉，维信诺的这套方案采用了新透明OLED器件，加入了新型驱动电路和像素结构，通过导入高透明新材料，从而达到了显示效果和屏幕透明度的最佳平衡。

        吕钱浩告诉记者：“业界认同基于屏下摄像技术等的无孔真全面屏形态是智能终端下个十年的主要形态，但大家对于真全面屏的定义、演进迭代代际划分等还存在诸多不同。不过随着OPPO、小米等品牌入局，这条路上我们也不再孤独。”

        8月4日，OPPO也公布了其下一代屏下摄像头原型机的信息。其开孔变为圆形，无论熄屏还是亮屏，在全亮度、正常观看使用距离上，基本都做到了完美隐藏。屏下区域拥有超过15%的透光率，除了夜景自拍场景外，其他光线充足的场景，摄像头成像质量已经能够保证。

        据了解，目前屏下摄像头技术，OPPO是与BOE进行联合研发，小米则是与TCL华星合作。

        通过目前OPPO、小米等透露的信息来看，技术路线是相似的，手段方法依然是在材料、像素排布、像素驱动、影像算法等方面，而从各家公布的屏幕显示效果、像素点排列信息与拍照成像效果来看，基本已经达到了屏幕显示与前置摄像头拍照效果的平衡。

        吕钱浩认为：“2020年是屏下摄像的预备年，首款商用屏下摄像手机发布上市，那么2021年就是屏下摄像手机的元年。”

        中国主流终端品牌或者市场头部品牌如中兴、小米都已经或者即将推出基于下一代屏下摄像技术的量产机型Axon 30和Mix4系列，而OPPO则预热了其屏下摄像工程样机，接下来三星8月10日即将发布屏下摄像手机。

        “预计2022年，基本所有安卓手机品牌都会推出屏下摄像手机，数量可能会高达10多款，价格也会覆盖更广阔范围。市场和行业也会逐渐变化，一方面继续提升屏下摄像体验，一方面降低成本和售价，让用户能更轻松地体验屏下摄像手机。”吕钱浩预估。

        市场和产业迎爆发机遇

        IDC发布报告显示，2021年第二季度中国智能手机市场出货量约7810万台，同比下降11.0%。2021年上半年国内整体市场出货量1.64亿台，同比增幅6.5%。vivo、OPPO、小米、苹果、荣耀占据二季度中国智能手机市场出货量前五。从市场格局来看，排名前四位的厂商同比去年均有明显的增长，但仍旧无法弥补整体大盘的大幅下滑。

        在手机增量放缓的形势下，各大手机厂商均通过更丰富的产品和优化价格来获得消费者青睐，抢占市场。从目前的产品功能形态的变化来看，折叠屏手机受限于目前成本、良率等问题，具体大规模量产上市尚需时日，而随着屏下摄像头技术的逐步成熟，在良率提升的情况下，越来越多的手机品牌入局将会进一步降低其量产成本，最终会令屏下摄像头成为屏下指纹后又一爆款配备，逐渐成为主流智能手机的“标配”。

        有分析机构预测，2025年屏下摄像手机会占据智能手机45%以上出货量，成为最主流的手机形态。

        从2014年OPPO Find 7第一次搭载闪充技术，到手机快充的遍地开花，大概用了2年多的时间；从2018年1月第一款支持屏下指纹的vivo X20 UD版发布，到屏下指纹全面爆发，也不过1年左右的时间。

        屏下指纹与屏下摄像头均是光学原理，可是相比较下，屏下摄像头需要收集的是彩色信息，而屏下指纹只需要黑白纹理，在对屏幕的透光度要求上，后者要比前者高太多。

        纵然需要克服的技术困难有很多，可是万事开头难，屏下指纹刚开始之际也是体验不佳，而屏下摄像头随着相关产品量产推出市场，经过快速迭代必然会在1 2年内大规模普及。

        此外在手机这个存量巨大的市场里面，产品更新速度会特别快，如果把握了一个未来产业发展趋势的关键技术，其必然会令该家手机品牌的市场竞争力大大提升，也会带动起相关产业链公司的崛起。

        以屏下指纹为例，汇顶 科技 依靠庞大的手机市场，2019年赚了22亿元，净利润增长2倍多，其也成为该技术的市场领先供应商。

        在屏下摄像头技术的大潮中，吕钱浩指出：“屏下摄像技术实际上就是融合材料、芯片、光学、影像、AI等为一体的融合信息处理学，因此在高透光率显示材料、独立显示驱动芯片、超大底CMOS传感器、超小型传感器模组封装、计算影像、AI光学等领域有相关储备的公司都会从中受益。”

        “屏下摄像头不仅仅应用在手机，基于该技术的平板电脑、笔记本、智能电视、可穿戴产品等都会陆续出现。此外已经有车厂在规划基于屏下摄像技术的智能 汽车 。目前智能 汽车 需要大量的光学传感器，而同时这会破坏车身的美感，增加空气阻力和维护难度。如果大量传感器基于屏下摄像技术，那么未来 汽车 的美学、工艺、风阻、维护等都会有质的飞跃。”吕钱浩补充。

        相比较屏下指纹，屏下摄像头所应用的产品是丰富多样的。在手机、 汽车 、医疗、家居等领域有广阔发展空间，包括在无人飞机、智能城市、医疗监测、智能家庭装修等领域发挥重要作用，也将会重新定义这些领域的产品形态。
